Assists in the coordination, development of a standardization of data reports and the mechanism in which data is reported. Provide timely and actionable data to clinicians and senior management. Assists in the coordination, development of a standardization of data and the mechanism in which data is report Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Assist with completing of various payroll data entry (adjunct contracts, timesheets). Accurately track and process HR documents; follow up as needed. Process HR documents such as new hire documents; check Human Resources authorization documents; Ensure timely completion of payroll to make sure employees are paid for the hours that they work. Ability to accommodate and respond to multiple and changing priorities, demanding projects in an effective and efficient manner. Follows established procedures and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and state guidelines.
