Stockroom Attendance

Job Summary
JLL is seeking a Stockroom Attendance to join our team! The incumbent is required to be responsible to support logistics area of the MRO storeroom; including receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory accuracy, kitting, cycle counting, client interface, and customer service and computer transaction entry.
Primary Duties:
Responsible to serve the client with their parts and inventory needs including to locate stock and deliver stock items to their destination of storeroom upon request or per Kanban, receive stock, issue materials to client, and use systems to track inventory as well as to locate and verify inventory for the client.
Responsible to track data and inventory of parts, materials, maintenance supplies and anything needed to support the maintenance and facilities departments.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
Provide professional level of customer service to all internal and external customers and report customer matters and/or concerns to supervisor promptly.
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and SOPs
Log in/out all parts and equipment; restock all parts and equipment, tools for the maintenance department.
Perform daily cycle counting for fiscal inventory data integrity. Send equipment out for repair and calibration as required.
Receive parts for the maintenance and facilities department.
Unpack purchased material, verify product against packing slip and PO and enter receiving and inventory information into the appropriate software system or systems, including any new part creation as needed
Maintain documentation for receivables and ensure inventory process integrity.
Support quotation process on all parts, materials, supplies or items needed to support the business.
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed.
Perform all work using the proper safety equipment and in a safe manner
Responsible to document problems encountered and communicate these through electronic work order systems, electronic mail and voice systems.
Successfully complete training and demonstrate an ability to perform equipment monitoring and operational checks on utility equipment.
Complete site GMP requirements in relation to training and site practices.
Maintain GMP training qualifications to ensure site compliancy standards.
Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintains all codes, laws and regulations through the JLL compliance program. Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
Interact will with others in a team environment including Maintenance, Engineering team members as well as other internal / external customers.
Team player with the desire to foster teamwork to help create a positive working environment.
Be able to work independently and follow escalation policy if needed.
Performs additional duties as directed.


Education / Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma and trade school or apprentice program
Three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic accounting and/or inventory control experience in a distribution environment
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, along with other Software such as a CMMS.
Good understanding of the equipment and maintenance supplies required in all aspects of the maintenance and facilities department is preferred.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver s license
Previous GMP environment experience is preferred.
Have working knowledge of CMMS systems is preferred.
Must possess the necessary hand and motor skills needed to pull and stock parts.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.
