Burlington Capital Properties is currently reviewing applications for Maintenance Technicians in Grove City, Ohio.
PAY
$17.00 per hour; Eligible for overtime
The qualified candidate selected for this role will be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus paid out as described below
HOURS
Must be available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, with on-call rotation on evenings and weekends (on-call schedule to be discussed during interviews).

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and general building trades required
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field required
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
HVAC certification preferred, but not required
Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
Must have a basic understanding of the English language and be able to communicate effectively
Must provide your own basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance
Must be able bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs & ladder, to reach, lift, pull, push and lift or carry wei ght up to 75 pounds. Must have reliable transportation
Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public

The hiring bonus is paid in two increments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment.
