LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Social Worker for our out-patient dialysis facility. Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing exceptional care to our hemodialysis patients each and every day. Full time position available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Dialysis experience highly preferred

* Master s degree or LCSW license, at least one year of clinical experience required
