We are seeking a Training Content Specialist II with at least 3 years of experience developing training materials and working with various methodologies, learning tools and practices to help us fulfill our mission of helping people achieve education and workplace success. This position can be remote.
The Training Content Specialist II creates and implements internal and client-facing training materials, including documents, PowerPoints, and interactive video tutorials that support ACT's full suite of products. This role facilitates the development of strategic design and content best practices for improving and implementing learning-focused solutions.
What you will be working on:
Research, design, and manage the production of training materials using various multi-media channels
Manage and track training requests and job progress through the Salesforce workflow
Manage the webcast and virtual event platform used to deliver large-scale customer training, including developing work instructions, training other users, and managing the vendor relationship.
Develop standardized content that ensures adaptability and scalability to deliver custom training solutions; work with key stakeholders on meeting these custom needs, particularly for State and District customers
Manage internal and external placement of client-facing training and support materials to meet complex audience consumption needs
Research and implement innovative approaches for creating engaging learning resources
Collect and analyze training satisfaction data; use data to inform and drive change
Strategically solution to improve product consumption and satisfaction metrics
This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):
Experience working collaboratively as part of a team to create training content with a focus on the end user experience
Video production experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of graphic design and visual presentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams and across the organization
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Communications or related area o r an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
It's a plus if you have:
Experience creating customer-focused solutions and/or experience serving customers in the education industry
Experience in a consultative or advisory role
