Job Description:

According to established procedures, collects and performs limited tests of specimens per physician order. Assists physician and nurse with designated procedures. Performs related secretarial/clerical duties.

 MA certification or registration within 6 months of hire required.

Schedule:  This position is part-time (16-24 hours per week) working every Thursday and Friday and every other Tuesday in Boardman, OH from 8:00-4:30pm

Experience

Required

• One (1) year related medical office experience; or 160-hour externship completed within the last five years in a medical/office setting.

Education

Required

• Diploma or better in Medical Assisting

Licenses & Certifications

Required

• Basic Life Support CPR
