Job Description:
Overview

Snap-on Incorporated is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Logistics (Permissions) at the Kenosha, Wisconsin office. The main responsibility is to support Snap-on in providing User Access/ Security and performing requested access changes in Snap-on ERP (currently LN 10.2).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in providing User access / Security, and performing requested access changes in Snap-on ERP (currently LN 10.2).
  • Responsible for Audits on Snap-on ERP. This includes Infor, Internal, and External Audits.
  • Perform General Table Maintenance (GTM) requests.
  • Use company issue management tool (currently Jira/ITCOE) to clearly update the progress of tickets, and communicate with other resources (developers, etc.).
  • Any other job responsibility as required
  • Frequent travel could be required at periods, depending on nature of project.


Qualifications

  • Experience in gathering Business Requirements, documenting Gaps and participating in the estimation of development effort to satisfy Gaps
  • Experience in preparing Functional Designs for Developments
  • Experience in drafting text scripts/scenarios and performing Unit & User Acceptance Tests
  • Experience in LN Logistics
