• Leading member of procurement department. • Procurement contact and business partner for Manufacturing & other parts of supply chain • Responsible for the integration of supplier's capabilities, logistics, and service requirements of manufacturing sites • Single point of contact for procurement for senior management • Coordinate supply activities related, proactively identify constraints & highlight potential risks. • Continually search for opportunities to improve reliability and responsiveness
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Define and set clear and challenging Key Performance Indicators for the department aligned with company goals and objectives. • Define & Lead the New Product Introduction process for supply chain. • Manage the buying process and ensure effective conversion of ERP suggestions to PO on time and follow through to ensure on-time deliveries. • Set-up vendor management program focused on service, quality, logistics and delivery for materials to improve vendor relationship and set CRL as priority customer. • Drive and support the implementation of savings and credit terms optimization programs • Lead material planning process to ensure availably of stock items at all times while ensuring optimized stock levels. • Manage and optimize inventory through balancing the requirements of customer service, cash and cost. • Highlight risks and develop contingencies to ensure production plan is delivered and customer service levels are maintained • Communication of market price trend to the leadership team as an input to the business planning forum.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields • CIPS or ISM certification preferred • Progressive career in Procurement or Supply Management related functions • 5-7 years of overall procurement experience • 3+ years of management experience • Experience on large-scale change management projects • Strong communication skill • SAP Experience is preferred

Work Environment • Some exposure to wet, humid, outside weather and extreme weather conditions, moving mechanical parts and high elevations. • Normal climate conditions of the region will also be present such as humidity, heat, and cold • Noise levels in the work environment (in truck or plant facility) can be moderate to high • Plant facility environment is subject to unusually warm temperatures during the summer months due to the heat generated by the glass tempering furnaces • With the plant facility, while the odors from glass cleaning, sealants, and other products are within acceptable levels, they nevertheless, can be smelled. Dust, pollen and other typical airborne particulate matter are also present within the atmosphere within the plant facility.
