Summary This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a wide variety of credit and customer service functions for the accounting department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position will be required to contact customers for payments, negotiate acceptable payment arrangements, and collect past due balances and meet company DSO expectations.
Position will interact with dispatch, sales, and billing to resolve customer issues as they may arise.
The position will draft pre-lien notices research and file mechanic's liens, complete lien waivers and provide assistance to the Credit Specialist in credit approval process.
Position will require the employee to research accounts with disputes and make the appropriate adjustments.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to two years related experience and/or a combination of both.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent, land to draw and interpret bar graphs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have knowledge of Database software internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
