$12.44 -$13.75 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)
The Deposit and Payment Specialist will provide the highest level of service, accuracy and support to internal teams and Members related to researching, verifying and posting high volumes of transactions that vary in complexity and require proficient knowledge of Royal’s products and services. They will identify payment issues, potential fraud items, research out of balance issues and perform necessary GL and Member account adjustments. Preforms daily Automated Teller Machine (ATM) settlements, monitors terminal status and works closely with ATM vendors to correct report issues, coordinate and escalate servicing requirements.
Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week. Schedule will be Monday 8 AM - 5 PM and Tuesday - Friday 8:15 AM - 4 PM.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping.
Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision.
Basic skill to use a personal computer and various software packages.
Analytical skills and problem solving ability.
Produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions.
Perform routine and repetitive tasks.
Able to pay meticulous attention to detail.
Function in a high volume environment and within time constraints to meet deadlines.

Associate Degree or related work experience in Accounting or Business Management.
Previous experience working in a financial institution.
