The Client Manager will be responsible for driving integrated client campaigns, overall ownership of the client relationship and fostering collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with internal stakeholders. They will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Create, Amplify and Marketing to deliver superior service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience, looking to join a global organization with a reputable brand.


How will you contribute:

  • Lead role on accountsfrom post-sale to execution

  • Client Management– act as the day to day client contact; provide status updates, lead meetings, proactively address client needs and exceed project expectations

  • Project Management–Create communication and project delivery timelines, lead projects and keep work moving forward while ensuring it is on-brand and on-strategy and meets all deadlines

  • Creative Management–Manage creative team projects (strategy work, content creation, and creative campaigns)

  • Manage all client communications ranging from weekly performance meetings to quarterly business reviews

  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams: Sales/ Account Manager, Digital Producers, Analysts and Editors, to ensure projects are executed on time and to client’s expectations


The ideal skills for this role are:

  • At leastthree years of experience managing clients and creative projects with integrated components

  • A strong background in agency, publishers or media is preferred

  • Holistic and proactive approach to project management, problem-solving and managing client deliverables

  • High-level understanding ofmarketing needs and components that relate to running integrated campaign teams, including social media, digital marketing, editorial and content marketing.

  • Strong decision-making abilities and time-management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders
