Job Description:
Job Summary:
Join our Applied Power Division as a General Clerk 3 and support the team by taking on document routing, travel coordination, assisting with the coordination of client visits and meetings, and assisting with completing and routing electronic forms. You will also be responsible for handling a large volume of specialized clerk tasks. Execute general office procedures (e.g. copying, scanning, faxing documents, etc.) to include document filing, office supply procurement, and inventory maintenance. Act on own initiative within the defined responsibilities and carry out routine tasks. Engage supervisor for resolution on challenges and take initiative to follow-up on tasks and notify staff of progress or delays. Additional clerical and administrative duties may be assigned by direct Supervisor and/or supported Director.

Education/Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of staff support, clerical duties, or related experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members, different levels of management, and clients daily. Must be a team player able to work independently, under minimal supervision. Must be able to work on multiple tasks frequent interruptions. Must be detail-oriented with strong MS Office and Adobe skills required. Must have good knowledge of general office procedures (e.g. copying, scanning, faxing documents, etc.). Must possess excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Must have the ability to efficiently support the tasks of a Director. Tasking may include but is not limited to answering phone calls and redirecting when necessary, managing Director's daily/weekly/monthly agendas and setting new meetings and appointments. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms as needed. Must be punctual and willing to complete tasking outside the normal day to day routine assignments. Active TS security clearance is preferred. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
