Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop new business for Chemcraft distribution business in North America to increase distributor customer base and organic sales/profits in full accordance with the Chemcraft Distribution and Wood Coatings strategic plans.
  • Evaluate, support, and execute growth opportunities by preparing and communicating business cases and deal calculations with Chemcraft Distributors and affiliated sales team.
  • Manage start-up process of new Distribution customers. Will coordinate and monitor approved process to ensure effective transition to sales team.
  • Engage with sales team to support execution of selected distributor MAP to support organic growth and geographical branch opportunities.
  • Communicate with function team to ensure that Chemcraft growth business plan is aligned and measured.
  • Support and participate in trade shows, associations and other promotional growth activities.


  • 5 years proven sales/marketing distribution experience. Experience in the wood coatings technology and application industry preferred.
  • Team focused participation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills for the benefit of internal and external customer relations.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Must be fluent in English.


  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
