Job Description:
  • Project planning, scheduling, and coordination with PM
  • Ability to forecast and estimate needs of work to be performed
  • Project forecasting and management of field personal
  • Ability to prioritize, develop and maintain project schedules
  • Document control management (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
  • Field Safety management
  • Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
  • Coordination and management of subcontractors' work
  • Track daily construction progress
  • Resolution of problems involving field conditions, safety, and capabilities of involved field staff
  • Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.
  • Provides technical expertise to the subcontractor on project aspects within the signal and train control systems
  • Performs site investigations in substations, ML's, CIL's and along railroad tracks
  • Assist project management with field related administrative operations
  • Planning, design and construction phases of projects
