Opportunity Highlights


  • Develop and maintain a business health-score dashboard to include key business metrics (Commercial, Finance, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience, etc).

  • Support all business lines by leveraging a consultative approach, i.e. spending time with LeasePlan divisions and departments to understand their primary pain points and then recommend a set of approaches and solutions to solve them. In other words, the VP should envision the QCI team as value-add consultants who are focused on gathering evidence and data to propose solution paths and therefore get the buy-in on solutions to create efficiencies and better experiences for our clients (and drivers)

  • Lead the implementation of MBO practices across the business in key areas (Management by Objectives) to create and nurture a KPI performance-driven culture and organization. With it, support the creation of measurable benefits related to new and changing process capabilities

  • Ownership for identifying, capturing and ensuring the realization of the benefits that will come from all business improvement activities and the "Ignite" program (i.e. LeasePlan US - Digital Transformation agenda).

  • Support, guide, and link in with all business process improvement and excellence teams that are being established in Operational Excellence and Commercial Performance to create a virtual Business Improvement practice across the business.

  • Ability to effectively facilitate discovery and requirements gathering from an array of stakeholders and subject matter experts using data-driven and evidence-based approaches.

  • Must be able to document and present at executive level presentations with succinct executive views of the business health-score on pre-agreed performance metrics and dimensions

  • Support the identification, selection, and prioritization of continuous improvement opportunities through business value scoring

  • Facilitate key strategic, cross-functional projects to develop and implement process improvements resulting in increased capacity, productivity, harmonization, and cost reduction; identify needed resources, alignment, milestones, deliverables, project prioritization, and tracking

  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of business process improvements

Qualifications:


  • Master Degree - MBA Preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • 8-10+ years of experience leading and managing a team responsible for improving processes within an organization

  • 5-10+ years of experience leading medium to large scale business process improvement initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience working with project teams to define requirements related to process improvement.

  • Certified Scrum Master desired with strong knowledge of Agile development and deployment framework

  • Familiar with Management by Objectives systems and organization (MBO). Experience implementing and standardizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout an enterprise organization

  • Change Management certification desired

  • Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kanban and BPM tools (such as BlueWorks Live, Visio, ProVision), problem solving / root cause analysis and process management

  • Experience leading teams in the delivery of business process improvement/engineering programs and solutions that meet business needs.

  • Experience facilitating process mapping sessions, defining value streams and non-value tasks.

  • Strong client management and executive-level communication skills

  • Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
