Job Description:

Pulls customers’ orders as assigned by the Order Coordinator accurately and in a timely manner. Records all product movement utilizing available tools.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Accurately pull and label customers’ orders.

  • Assign product to customers’ orders utilizing RF scanner.

  • Communicate stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel.

  • Communicate challenges inhibiting accurate and timely order pulling process.

  • Complete all paperwork as required.

  • Follow all Navajo Incorporated processes and procedures for Order Fulfillment.

  • Follow all vendor guidelines for order pulling process.

  • Any other duties or tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times in performance of duties.

  • Adhere to all Navajo Incorporated policies and procedures including company safety policies and ethics.

  • RF Scanner / Portable Printer.

  • Conduct physical inventories, as required.

  • Manual pallet jack.

  • Knowledge and ability to extract and input data in computer system

  • In receipt of New Hire Order Puller Packet.

  • General understanding of documents and training material in New Hire Order Puller Packet.

Other Skills/Requirements:

  • Ability to push, pull , bend, lift up to 50 lbs and walk for up to 8 hours a day

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to work neatly and in an organized manner

  • Team oriented
