We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team!
Our TA Partners work closely with hiring managers across the organization to fill a variety of different positions. This is a true full-cycle recruiting role, from the initial intake meeting with the hiring manager to offering a position and kick-starting the onboarding process. You will be assigned specific areas to support and be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screen calls, making recommendations to hiring managers and helping to coordinate the interview process. Once a hiring decision has been made, you'll ensure reference checks are complete, determine appropriate compensation and present job offers.
You will have the opportunity to represent the organization at career fairs and other events within our health system, and as such occasional travel will be required. You will be encouraged to participate on projects and think critically about ways to improve the hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
To be successful in this position, you should be able to build strong working relationships with people inside and outside the organization. A strong attention to detail is necessary, combined with the ability to keep a big-picture perspective while solving problems. Deadlines and a busy desk are inherent to the role, but bringing a positive attitude and well-developed sense of humor to the table will get you far. We are looking for someone who is focused on team success and isn't afraid to tackle a challenge.

Education & Experience Requirement:
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws and regulations as normally obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with three (3) years of related talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience recruiting and sourcing in a 3rd party agency environment within the healthcare sector is preferred.
Experience with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
Experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
Experience working with recruitment CRM systems preferred.
