Department:  Coaching / Branch Team Performance

Description:  Coaching drives significant impact on FA retention, asset gathering, and branch team performance while serving as a key area responsible for gathering insights directly from our branch teams. The Coaching team leader will be responsible for leading a team of coaches who support financial advisors and branch teams in the execution of their business plans and leadership responsibilities through questioning, accountability, and follow-through. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of the department's strategies and operations through its associates. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Coaching to ensure our operations and execution support and drive the firm's financial advisor performance and retention objectives

  • Contribute to our department, division, and firm through project work

  • Attract, develop, and engage firm talent to enable future success

  Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Series 7 is required/obtained within six months

  • Minimum of 2+ years with formal or informal leadership experience

  • 2+ years professional coaching experience (either as a professional coach or in a role with a significant coaching component)

  • Strong thought and leadership skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across the area, division, and firm

  • Ability to engage and influence leaders, including financial advisors

  • Ability to lead associates from a distance

  • Solid knowledge and application of project management skills and processes
