PURPOSE OF POSITION:A Guest Services Agents main objective is to ensure guest, owner and employee satisfaction at the Front Desk by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference. We provide customers with unparalleled attention to detail and a genuine pledge to service excellence.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checking guests in and out of The LodgesGiving guest directions, information and instructionsConcierge duties including making reservations for restaurants and activitiesEfficiently operate Maestro, Deer Valley Resorts property management systemEfficiently operate the Saflok system, The Lodges room key systemAssist guests with any reasonable requestAssist in coordinating the Shuttle staff for guest pick- ups and drop offAssist in coordinating the Bell staff for guest requests as well as luggage pick up and drop offSettle guest balances upon departureHandling of cash and credit card transactions
