Lead Associate Onboarding Specialist at AXA

Job Description:

  • Manage the process of the conversion of existing 401(k) plans, ensuring a seamless end to end customer experience. Coordinate all elements of the plan installation process, including large/top tier clients, takeover plans, and politically sensitive sales. Serves as primary point of contact for all incoming agent/third party calls and emails. Act as liaison between the various New Business functions to support an enhanced customer service experience.


  • Perform, document, and report Quality Review results for the In Good Order Review process, ensuring the accurate review of incoming applications and communication with Advisors/External Wholesalers.


  • Coordinate, analyze, and distribute various work flow reports, to the appropriate parties, designed to identify active plans within the new business process and well as to identify trends. Ex. cycle times (actual vs. standard)


  • Resolves On Boarding issues through close interaction with the various New Business Areas as well as internal and external customers.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry


    1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel)


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



    • College graduate (Bachelor's degree) preferred

    • Background in 401K plans desired

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Good communicator with effective professional presence and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.

    • Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.

    • Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and spirit of cooperation in a team environment.

    • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
