NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Management Practice Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

The Practice Director for Portfolio Management Service Solutions will be responsible for the development and oversight of NTT DATA s Health Consulting Services (HCS) Portfolio Management offerings. The Practice Director will report to the Health Consulting Services Vice-President and work closely with the senior leadership team to develop, maintain, support and implement the Portfolio Management Service and Methodologies as in a practicing Portfolio Management role.

Responsibilities include:

* Identify, create, drive and deliver innovative strategies to generate opportunities with new and existing Portfolio services clients

* Work closely with the Management Services Practice leads to enhance and integrate the Portfolio solution offering with Program and Project Management

* Formulate and implement portfolio best practices with NTT DATA practitioner s fulfilling contracts for these service in state engagements

* Mentor Portfolio practice team to improve processes, procedures and standards

* Provides consultation on implementation of portfolio management practices based on client maturity, preferences, and highest value Portfolio functions for the specific client

* Support business development through identification, proposal development and closing on portfolio management opportunities ranging from for specific portfolio services to broad implementation of all management services in support of an EPMO

* Build relationships with key partners, clients decision makers and internal relationships to strengthen and grow the sales opportunities and portfolio solution delivery

* Represent NTT DATA HCS at key conferences and seminars

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor s Degree

* PMI certification (PMP), or higher level PMI certification

* Minimum 15 years State IT Project Management experience

* Minimum 5 years in a Portfolio Management Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience in state Department of Human Services

Travel: 50%-75%

Remote Work Option: Yes with Travel
