Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking several passionate Clinical Supervisors to join our new Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams in Kansas, which will provide MST services in the following regions:

  • Central/West Region: Barton, Ellsworth, Harvey, Reno, McPherson, and Saline counties.

  • Southeast Region: Allen, Crawford, Labette, Montgomery, and Neosho counties.

  • Topeka/Kansas City Region: Atchison, Leavenworth, Shawnee, and Wyandotte counties.

  • Wichita Region: Butler, Cowley, and Sedgwick counties.

CSI is proud to be one of the largest nationally licensed providers of MST with over 20 years of successful client outcomes across six states. The MST program in Kansas will provide services to at-risk juveniles and their families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

As the Clinical Supervisor you will be responsible for traveling within the Central/West Region as needed to provide supervisions and overall clinical support to your team of four MST Therapists, as well provide direct care services to clients including: developing assessments, group, individual and family counseling, and review of clinical service plans. The Clinical Supervisor plays an integral role in advising the Program Director of client treatment issues, staff development needs, and assisting in training of new program staff. Additionally, you will also participate in community civic groups or advisory committees, training sessions and community presentations/speaking engagements as assigned. Additionally, you will receive extensive training in this evidence-based, outcome-driven treatment model. To ensure the best outcomes and fidelity to the model therapists receive weekly supervision, professional development, and weekly consultation.

  • A Master’s degree in a related study of social work, counseling, or psychology.

  • Three years of relevant supervisory experience or three years of experience in the MST model.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Valid Drivers License and ability to travel 50% of the time.
