Job Description:

Apply to join our team of dedicated and passionate Human Service Workers at Chase Center working Friday- Monday 10pm-8am. Our Human Service Workers act as a Residential Counselor or Client Care Specialist. As a Human Service Worker you are acting as a role model to our clients and are responsible for the overall safety and care of our residents. Our clients are constantly looking to our Human Service Workers to help guide them during their reentry back into the community. As part of this amazing team you will be responsible for doing house counts and room/perimeter searches during each shift. You will also be responsible for securing urines, completing paperwork, and electronic documentation. All of our employees are very dedicated to the work we do to serve our community and a population that often gets overlooked. We also provide good benefits and plenty of room for advancement. While this position pays $13.38 an hour we provide amazing opportunities.

  • A Bachelor’s degree plus one year experience in the social service or criminal justice field.

  • Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.

  • Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Valid drivers license.
