  • Maintain all aspects of the Henkel Enzyme program Act as “Incident Coordinator”

  • Coordinates Hearing Conservation and Respiratory Protection programs 

  •  Maintain plant operational safety metrics Promote a culture of safety with all levels of plant associates


  • BS or Advanced degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or other Technical degree required.

  • Ten (10) or more years of safety experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment required.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing effective Safety programs in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required. 

  • Previous results-oriented supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. 

  • Understanding and experience with regulatory compliance for all local, state and federal environmental regulations preferred.
