Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Job Description:

LRP Media Group is looking for a Conference Coordinator to assist with administration processes for all conferences. The ideal candidate will take initiative and have the ability to bridge communications between all departments plus the skills to multi-task and change direction easily.


  • Data entry, creation and updating of reports and editing/proofreading various collateral for all conferences
  • Create and update session attendance reports and attendance forms for all conferences
  • Create, schedule and pull results for the General Evaluations for all conferences via Survey Monkey
  • Input new sponsorship sales into Excel
  • Submit Check Requests
  • Input tracking information and update all shipping manifests
  • Actively participate in regularly scheduled meetings between all Conference employees

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years expereince
  • Strong computer skills, including high proficiency of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to follow detailed procedures
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and data
