What it will be like working on the team:


You will be working alongside a small team of developers as well as partner teams to deliver our Self-Study On-line products to the end users. You will typically be working on one or two projects at a time.

You will also be getting cross trained on other aspects of digital product development process.


What your work-days will be like:


Your day will start between 7:30-9am and end between 3:30-5pm. Every day is different, and you are expected to be flexible and adapt to changes. Below are some of the items the Digital Production team works on:

  • Your day usually starts with prioritizing the projects that are coming down the pipe and assigning tasks.

  • You spend most of your day developing courses on various platforms.

  • You assist your teammates should they need help with their projects.

  • You peer review your co-workers’ projects for completeness, functionality, and conformance to style / specifications.

  • You attend weekly team meetings and stand-ups and get up to date on current and future projects and initiatives as well as catch up on Association news and updates.

  • You collaborate with partner teams (Learning design, project managers, QA, etc.).

  • You take time to work on professional growth and acquire new skills.

  • You will assist with research, testing, and documenting new development processes and tools.




You are a highly motivated individual with a “can do” attitude. You do not shy away from changes and adapt to them quickly. You have an eye for publishing / style details.  You work well by yourself as well as in a team environment. You possess great time management skills and constantly seek for opportunities to improve our processes and ensure our products are of high quality and user friendly.
