Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is the first line of contact for the Inside Sales Center with greeting both visiting employees and guests. He/She will primarily be responsible for: answering center phone line, checking voice mail and signing in visitors.

Daily Duties: 

  • Answering center phone and routing calls appropriately
  • Checking main office voice mail
  • Signing in / signing out visitors (employees and outside guests)
  • Creation of bldg security access badges
  • Open mail daily and distribute accordingly
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Processing invoices
  • Email employees birthday/anniversary greetings (template)
  • Data Entry of rosters
  • Office support - name plates, new phone ext request, assigned seating
  • Preparing and maintaining departmental calendars and schedules
  • Coordinating departmental meetings that may involve catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties
  • Facility support as needed
  • Provide general administrative support for office initiatives and sales management team as needed
