We are currently looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Anaheim, CA

Responsibilities


  • Rename and upload files to OHMWeb that come in through RightFax/Email

  • Run daily reports in OHMWeb

  • Call clinics to obtain pending results

  • Call laboratories to follow up on missing exam components and/or lab work/results

  • Contact Client employees to obtain demographic information

  • Assist with sending medical clearances

  • Work on department administrative projects as assigned



Qualifications


  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Pleasant phone manner is required

  • Must have good customer service skills

  • Must be able to work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines

  • Must have the ability to multitask

  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software programs

  • Data entry experience a plus

  • Previous customer service experience via telephone a plus
