The purpose of the Customer Integration Sales/Project Mgt./Admin Intern with NAPA AUTO PARTS is designed to prepare students for a position in a corporate environment upon graduation.

Customer Integration Sales/Project Mgt./Admin Intern will be responsible for fostering an opportunity to gain valuable experience in understanding NAPA's customers and how we build strong integrations to ensure it's simple and easy for customers' to purchase their parts from NAPA and gives us the competitive advantage.

This role will also allow you to gain experience in documentation, project management and organizational skills. You will align with our NAPA Know How" and gain insight on how to: build customer relationships, gain sales shares, listen to customer needs and assist with solutions and input.


  • Work with Business Users to document business requirements
  • Work with IT Development team to document the development process documents
  • Execute test scripts and document the defects

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Web Presentation HTML experience
  • SQL Knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical skills with Data Mining knowledge
  • Knowledge of database architecture and design
  • Excellent communication skills and good corporate etiquette

We are looking for an individual that is a motivated self-starter; someone who can take an assignment and run with it! This position requires you to have a positive can-do approach, strong communication skills, be well organized and detail and deadline oriented.

You will also learn business functions such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable's and Invoicing. Assist and identify what processes could potentially be automated to eliminate administrative workload on our APAR team.

This position includes an introduction and exposure to many aspects of Orders to Cash. Getting the order from the customer, ensuring part is in the right place at the right time, and ensuring we flawlessly bill the customer so NAPA is paid on time and correctly - all through electronic integrations.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Marketing or Business fields as a rising junior or senior, with a min 2.75 GPA
