Position Summary:

We are seeking an individual who

  • Responsible
    for the planning and facilitation of all standard ceremonies and activities
    including: backlog preparation, sprint planning, release planning, milestones
    and release alignment, retrospectives, sprint reviews and daily stand-ups

  • Engages
    and assists the Product Owner to ensure that work requests are properly
    articulated, prioritized and detailed

  • Engages
    with business entities as needed to help remove obstacles to his or her teams
    being able to deliver on stated goals, and helps to negotiate working
    agreements

  • Works
    with 3rd party vendors and in-house developers, business/technical analysts,
    and testing resources to deliver key objectives of assigned projects

  • Responsible
    for some financial tracking and reporting

  • Regularly
    analyzes key metrics impacting the velocity/performance of the team and
    produces and shares status reports that highlight any issues/blockers

  • Understand
    and apply corporate IT standards, ensure SOX and Audit compliance

 

Position
Qualifications:

 


  • 0-2 years
    relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer
    Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, Information Management or a
    related field.

  • Excellent
    communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Solid problem
    solving and decision making skills

  • Strong time
    management and organizational skills

  • Flexible and
    adaptable

  • Passion for
    learning

  • Good listener and
    open to different points of view

  • Self-directed and
    self-motivated

  • Knowledge of
    MS-Office or Office 365

  • Highly organized,
