Job Scope

Your Mission

The Product Marketing Manager - Endocrinology will build/reinforce/educate both customers and sales staff, on the technical and scientific advantages of key assays to consolidate DiaSorin's reputation as the expert and leader in automated immunoassay testing for specialty endocrinology. Ensure the Endocrinology and Specialty Testing product portfolio is correctly positioned in the diagnostic marketplace for growth and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

  • Understand the current immunoassay marketplace and act as the product champion to lead and drive sales success
  • Develop business plans to introduce new products into the DiaSorin endocrinology/BMD portfolio; ensuring the competitive advantage of DiaSorin immunoassay solution
  • Develop strong relationship and partnership with the Key Opinion Leaders in the field of endocrinology, BMD, nephrology, testing
  • Support the product line in conjunction with product managers and technical service.
  • Manage launch of new products and ensure successful implementation of these assays in the clinical marketplace
  • Develop specific sales tools and ensure that sales, apps and FSE staff are trained appropriately

Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility



Bachelor's Degree




Bachelor's Degree in biochemistry/endocrinology/life sciences; Master's Degree or Ph.D. strongly preferred
- 5+ years sales experience
- 3+ years IVD marketing or similar roles
- Knowledge/background in biochemistry, endocrinology, testing market in the USA
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas - BMD, renal disease, growth abnormalities, hypertension

Technical Competencies

  • Understand the current IVD marketplace and act as the product champion to lead and drive sales success
  • Solve technical sales issues emerging from the competitive landscape


  • High problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Effective project management and analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite; Google/Gmail platform


Fluent spoken and written English

Travel Availability


Relocation Availability
