Install, maintain troubleshoot and repair electronic manufacturing equipment, physical structures, and electronic systems in an aerospace case repair manufacturing facility. Diagnose machine problems, notify appropriate leadership and troubleshoot problems with internal maintenance team or outside vendors after assessment and discussion with site leadership.

Install machinery including automated machinery. Troubleshoot and program PLC inputs and outputs Design, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment. Reads and interprets schematics, user manuals, software programs, and ladder diagrams to determine component location and configuration. Diagnose and repair problems with equipment and machinery. Maintain physical structure. Layout, assembles, install and maintain pipe system. Ability to communicate effectively. Preventive maintenance of equipment. Maintain clean work environment. Perform replacement on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machine including motors, relays, and switches; and set-up sensing mechanism, utilizing hand tools. Diagnose and correct / replace malfunctioning electronic units such a printed circuit boards.

Carry out diagnosis and ensure replacement of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and machines which are faulty.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications :

2 years experience in electronics maintenance field
HS diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Industrial electronics / electrical technology certification or degree preferred
High school diploma / GED required
