Job Title : IT ERP Analyst Lead

Duties : Analyze and implement Manufacturing and EAM applications in a commercial manufacturing setting. Gather and analyze business requirements to implement Manufacturing systems across locations. Prepare IT-related business process flows. Review and analyze process flows with business users. Prepare technical design documents. Utilize Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Application Framework (OAF). Design and develop conversions for new ERP implementations. Design functional and technical documents. Design new screens as per business requirements to show custom data to business users. Develop reports for business reporting purposes. Analyze and customize workflows as per business requirements. Roll-out EAM applications for manufacturing sites. Prepare business test scenarios. Support Star and MES manufacturing systems. Analyze and create new IT business reports as needed. Roll out ERP solutions previously designed for supporting business executions. Improve program performance by tuning SQL. Document development needs from Business. Provide support for all technical requirements to include problem identification, reporting, analysis and resolution. Analyze and customize interface between ERP systems. Apply graduate-level understanding of ERP technical architecture and underlying table structures and their usage for efficient program units. Support manufacturing production system by fixing program issues and performance issues. Analyze and develop IT business workflows and utilize Business Events. Utilize Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle 10g Forms/Reports, XML Publisher Reports, Inv, BOM, WIP, PIM, and Configurator modules. May travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Physics, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or related field plus one year (or Bachelor's degree plus five progressive years) of applications/systems analyst experience. Must have one year of experience with (1) Oracle SQL/PLSQL, (2) Oracle 10g Forms/Reports, (3) analyzing and developing IT business workflows, (4) XML Publisher Reports, (5) Inv, BOM, WIP, PIM, and Configurator modules, (6) Business Events, (7) Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), (8) Oracle Application Framework (OAF). Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
