NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Client Delivery Executive to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

* Responsible for delivery management for a portfolio of Developing accounts aligned to a specific sub-vertical. Developing accounts represent significant strategic growth importance.

* Responsible for delivery and customer satisfaction on all engagements and customers within the assigned account portfolio.

* Responsible for implementing Industry-based improvement programs within assigned account portfolio.

* Serves as a partner to the Client Executive in all facets of the business (including forecast & new business)

* Serves as primary point for escalation of all operational or delivery issues within assigned account portfolio.

* Viewed as an expert in delivery management best practices; Supports adherence to delivery management processes and policies.

* Responsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery model.

* Accountable for growth within assigned account portfolio.

Typically requires 15+ years relevant experience. (Includes 7+ years managerial/leadership experience.)

Graduate degree preferred.

Demonstrated experience at overseeing and managing largest and complex accounts.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Expert priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group.
Ability to lead large cross-functional teams including global teams.
Drives quality and productivity within team.
Expert analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization.
Extensive experience managing very large third party relationships across geographies and/or industries in the successful achievement of customer satisfaction levels.
Expert ability to implement delivery transformation programs to re-engineer delivery cost model.
