NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

As a Business Analyst, you will provide cost-effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications.

Role Responsibilities:

* Evaluates, analyzes, documents requirements and translates into proper requirement specifications and configuration

* Conducts brainstorming session for requirement elicitation with customers

* Facilitates prototypes and wireframes to obtain stakeholder approvals

* Conduct GAP analysis for existing system

* Works directly with onsite/offshore team members, as well as Business Customers and Subject Matter Experts

* Participate in Business Requirement discussions and identify system impacts

* Understand Customer's business processes

* Ensure SDLC/QA compliance using Defined process and methodology

* Participate in QA activities, final inspection, reviews, audits, metrics data generation, collection, interpretation and submission

* Establish/enhanced template, Guideline, checklists and standards for project and team

* Awareness and adherence to security policies and guidelines in the project

* Follow HIPAA and PHI data security guidelines


* 3-5 years of Business Analysis or Business Transformation experience

* 3-5 years of MS Office Suite, Visio, MPP or Access experience

* Experience working on healthcare-related projects

* Advanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills

* Proven proficiency in developing, implementing, presenting and confirming new work procedures and organization recommendations

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education as a business analyst


* Project or Program Management experience
