NTT DATA Services currently seeks a .Net Team Lead to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Leads a team in the planning and coordination of activities related ASM services to meet Humana s goals and objectives within prescribed time frames and funding parameters as outlined in the Agreement.

* Technical experience of 3-5 years in .NET/C# and Oracle

* Domain knowlege of \\"Claims\\" Processing

* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in information technology and service delivery across diverse application areas and technologies.

* Technical undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).

* Training in college level computer systems preferred.

* Leads teams/resources in the delivery of services and meets or exceeds agreement deliverables and performance requirements.

* Assess and manage provider talent to deliver on the services as specified in the Agreement.

* Execellent triage skills.

* Acquires and applies skills and knowledge through training and/or Documentation, provides training to more Jr. team members.

* Adaptable to changes in Humana s environment, organization, direction or priorities.

* Fluent knowledge of the Humana's business with strong knowledge in Humana s other business domains.

* Able to acquire knowledge of Humana s industry.

* Strong business process acumen and deep application functional understanding.

* Fully certified/knowledgeable in all relevant monitoring tools.

* Excellent oral and written communications skills.

* Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to communicate with executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years experience with .NET/C# and Oracle

3+ years experience in information technology and service delivery across diverse application areas and technologies

Domain knowlege of Claims Processing
