Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that sales associates real estate licensing is current and compliant by working with state agencies, supporting the field office staff with the onboarding of new sales associates, maintaining the sales associate database (Trident)and acting as a general resource for ICR related questions/issues. A key component is building relationships with office staff in various states to complete the duties as described. This role reports to the Company's Independent Contractor Relations (ICR) department.
Essential Job Duties:
Coordination of Licensing Compliance:
-Weekly and monthly reporting as requested by departments
-Act as resource for general licensing related questions from staff and sales associates.
-Coordinate verifications of association for sales associates.
-Other administrative responsibilities as needed.

-High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
-Two plus years of prior administrative experience required.
-Strong customer service and creative problem-solving experience.
-Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and ability to learn and navigate computer software and hardware
-Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
-Prior real estate experience preferred.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
-Scheduled hours are based on business need M-F
-This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, Scanners and proprietary software programs.
-This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
