Mandatory Skills*



 




• Should have Thermal Domain knowledge like cooling fan, engine thermal management, hybrid controller thermal management

• Test script development based on VFs/CFTS

• Familiarity with the V development process.

• Matlab/Simulink, HIL Testing(Provetech, INCA), CANalyser, CANoe, CDA

• Understanding of the capability of HIL test methods.



 



 



 



Preferred Skills*



 




• Hands on experience on test development tool Provetech

• Working knowledge of HIL HW and SW test environment including Plant models, Harnesses, Load boxes, FIU's, Controllers etc.

• Fundamental knowledge of Hybrid, Electric automotive architectures(Series,Parallel vehicles)

• Ability to use CAN/Networking tools such as INCA,CANalyser, CANoe, CDA



 



 



 



Job Roles/Responsibilities*



 



• Requirement gathering(VFs/CFTS) & perform  analysis to isolate the potential root cause of the failure between HIL, Test script, Software calibration or requirements.

• Work with the cross functional ePT department stakeholders from Software, Calibration & System group for requirement clarification and resolve the issue.

• Work with HIL Hardware, Plant modelling team to resolve the issues as required,

• Create the baseline SW V&V execution results report and publish the report.

• Author issue in the powertrain issue tracking system(PITS), HIL issue change request database or other issue tracking databases as required.

• Support issue resolution meetings and debugging activities as required on HIL.

• Contribute actively in the weekly HIL issues/change requests meeting with the HIL team to achieve timely resolution of HIL features/issue fixes requested.

• Contribute actively in the weekly ePT SW V&V team meeting regarding process improvements, test methodology and operations at a team level..
