We are seeking a Relocation Services Account Coordinator to support Direct Corporate Relocation division of NRT LLC in Waltham, MA. The Account Coordinator will play a key role in developing the standard in relocation and real estate experiences through supporting the team Business Developers and Account Managers with client relationships, vendor management, and overall support of day to day operations. The successful candidate will embrace the challenges of supporting multiple people, being knowledgeable in general office operations, and be willing to provide team support on various projects in the department.
The Direct Corporate Relocation group is responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing business opportunities through corporate client relocation programs.
-Operating System maintenance: Client Set-up and Updates.
-Build, provide and analyze reports based on client and/or Account Manager needs.
-Assist clients with database access and issue resolution.
-Facilitate customer surveys that are sent for each closed file. Track and manage surveys and work with leadership to analyze and report.
-Benefit fair and Seminar/Webinar Coordination-responsible for availability of materials needed for Benefit Fairs, Seminars and Webinars. Responsible for pulling together materials and packaging appropriately for Account Managers, mailing packages as necessary.
-Client presentation preparation and production of materials including, but not limited to, building and maintaining presentations and all materials updated with current industry and market information.
-Event and Meeting Planning including room booking and arranging for necessary services, such as catering
-Promotional Materials and Giveaways: Coordination with marketing department to design and purchase based on Account Manager need.
-Involvement in various projects, as required.
-Team member coverage as needed.
-Basic math and accounting skills
-Extensive knowledge and use in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Power Point
-1 year minimum preferred in one of the following fields: real estate, marketing, administration or research
-Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Candidate must be a self-starter, on who goes above and beyond, be collaborative, organized, creative, able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize multiple deadlines from multiple parties.
-High level of comfort with accounting and data management systems.
-Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Minimum Education: High school or equivalent
