We are seeking a Systems Analyst to:
? Be responsible for workflow development, system configuration and development
? Anticipate business needs and recommend solutions
? Support and collaborate with medical faculty, clinical staff and administrative staff in patient care
Education: Work Experience: Licenses and Certifications: Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Physical Requirements: Work Schedule:
Minimum - Bachelor?s Degree (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of)
Preferred - Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred
Minimum - 3 years relevant experience
Preferred - 5-7 years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Reference position addendum for possible additional preferences
Minimum - Epic data model certification within 6 months of hire
? Knowledge of and ability to provide analysis and quantitative/qualitative study designs
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Ability to work independently and be result oriented
? Capable of interacting with all levels of staff
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., on-call rotation (including weekends & holidays).
