We have a full time opportunity for an internal candidate to be a Data Quality Analyst who can work remotely or at our Dubuque, IA or our Chicago, Illinois office.

The data quality analyst works with all internal customers of McGraw Hill Education. The ideal candidate has an excellent track record of providing exceptional customer service, has a strong work ethic and can work independably as well as on a team. In addition, he/she must perform the data processing aspect of this position with a high level of accuracy.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Provide a high level of support to internal customers using SFDC Case Management and central email inbox

  • Process new ISBN requests adhering to Service Level Agreement

  • Processing of item attribute changes via NOPC application

  • Use Oracle Order to Cash to investigate order issues

  • Executing reporting via the EDW application

    What you need to be successful:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or another quantitative field preferred

  • Strong Customer Service experience

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Ability to effectively work in teams

  • Possesses strong skills with Microsoft Excel basic functions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and MHE

  • If not based in the Chicago office, the ability to be able to work remotely without daily supervision

  • Knowledge of Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) preferred

  • Knowledge of Oracle Order to Cash/EBS preferred

  • Knowledge of SFDC Case Management preferred

  • Knowledge of JIRA application preferred
