Location: Madison, New Jersey
This position reports to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO), of Realogy Holdings Corp. and is responsible for the development and execution of certain elements of the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program, and provides executive administrative support to the CECO.
Specific activities include monitoring industry trends, planning and coordinating execution of the annual program plan, program budgeting, and documentation oversight. The position will also act as a point of contact for Realogy's global ethics program.
This is a great opportunity to increase your knowledge depth and experience in Corporate Compliance and Ethics industry. This is a critical role with high visibility and exposure at the most senior levels of the organization where professionalism and discretion are critical.
-Manage and update legally mandated E&C program documentation
-Draft presentations including for Audit Committee, Risk Council, and industry appearances
-Monitor and provide input to CECO on annual program plan implementation and progress management
-Prepare for World's Most Ethical Companies® application, executive package, and all supporting documentation
-Research ethics and compliance developments, trends and benchmarks
-Prepare annual ethics & compliance plan for submission to Audit Committee
-Support the budget process to include provision for achievement and execution of approved annual program plan, including preparation of monthly accruals and reforecasts, as well as invoice processing
-Plan and coordinate annual ethics and compliance risk assessment process
-Prepare reports as requested, including oversight of monthly team reporting
-Provide executive administrative support of the CECO
-Manage events, including hosting of various onsite trainings
-Manage or support various special projects
-Bachelor's degree highly preferred
-5 years of compliance related program experience and/or execution preferred
-Experience in accounting, budgeting, and invoicing preferred
-Experience with records, vendor management, and contract administration preferred
-Outstanding organizational skills and strong computer skills a must
-Natural curiosity, analytical and problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
-Potential for some travel up to 5% of time for field visits, events, and industry participation
