Job Description:

Property Frameworks, the property management subsidiary of NRT LLC, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to help support its single-family residential business.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director of Accounting/Controller in ensuring the timely forecasting and reporting requirements of the accounting department by performing a variety of forecasting analysis, budgeting, variance review and reporting compliance for the Company. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver, organized, loyal and a detail-oriented person who is a team player with a passion for financial analysis and a desire to assist the Company to grow.


-Complete various monthly forecasts, annual budgeting reporting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects

-Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes

-Provide corporate forecasting deliverables, financial presentations, ad-hoc financial and operational analysis and other projects

-Review and process monthly journal entries, support month-end activities across various states

-Complete monthly analysis and prepare presentation materials for the Senior Management team

-Complete variable compensation calculations and participants' statements

-Analyze intracompany shared services allocations

-Evaluate business trends and the effectiveness of strategic effectiveness

-Serve as a project lead in developing, design and implementation of forecasting tools and key metrics


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-Must have solid understanding of accounting principles

-Honesty, integrity, discretion and privacy are a necessity

-Must be able to multi-task and quickly shift focus from one project to another as needed

-Must possess strong organizational skills

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and is extremely detailed oriented, accurate and organized


-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field

-2-5 years of relevant experience

-Solid background and ability to generate forecasts, ad-hoc reporting, qualitative and quantitative analysis
