Registered Nurse responsible for the accurate and timely collection of clinical data, data management and data display for the purposes of Trauma Services quality management program, Missouri registry. Assessment of quality of care is the primary purpose of Belton Regional Medical Center s Trauma Registry. It is the principal tool for the systematic audit of the quality of care provided to the injured patient during all phases of trauma care, from pre-hospital response through rehabilitation. In addition, the Trauma Registry serves as an information source for the State Trauma Database, National Trauma Database (NTDB), and Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP).

IF YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA, WE D LOVE FOR YOU TO APPLY TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM!
EDUCATION: Associate s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS: Current Missouri RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS required; current TNCC or ATCN verification preferred, or must be obtained within 6 months of hire; Demonstrates working knowledge of computers, data entry, procedures and medical terminology. Able to type 40 words per minute. Able to solve basic mathematical problems, including percentages and addition.
EXPERIENCE: 1 year of related experience/job training (critical care or emergency department experience highly preferred).
