FP&A analyst is closely involved in controlling the financial operations of different business units.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the planning and business unit budgeting

  • Manage and control project budgets

  • Support pricing, costing, cash flow and risk management of projects

  • Resolve budgetary issues across the board

  • Identify, and report on potential financial risks

  • Prepare urgent ad hoc reports and work directly with management

  • Gather relevant information from business units, analyze and prepare forecasts and budget information for the management

  • Prepare accurate and timely P&L, Project control, and Data Base reports, based on the information systems

  • Responsible for the monthly business unit Financial Presentation and managing control meeting with stakeholders

  • Involved in client, vendors and external consultants contract negotiations.

  • Involved in reconciliation, complex analysis, communicating instructions related to resolution of issues, etc., that will assist in the smooth operation of the financial activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business and Management / Accounting/ Industrial engineering

  • 2 years in FP&A roles

  • Experience in the technology industry / Insurance - advantage.

  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel model design and creation

  • Experience in ERP and BI

  • Financial experience in financial accounting processes - implications of activity on financial statements, manner of reporting, work with auditors - advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to motivate people

  • Ability to perform precise and thorough work, including understanding the data and producing financial materials

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, possessing the ability to respond promptly and effectively to a wide-range of scenarios

  • Strong business acumen

  • Prepared to travel as needed
