Is in charge of
effectively and efficiently running the entire operations of the Sterile
Processing Department, the backbone of Mission Hospital O.R. The SPD Manager
plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls all the activities related
to equipment/instrument decontamination, processing, sterilization, and quality
control. This position involves foresight
and determines priorities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of department
service without sacrificing safety, aseptic, and infection control standards.
