Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Experience for Fastlane Checkout. This highly visible role requires balancing key performance metrics such as eligible users, opt-in rate, and percentage of guest checkout accelerated-while enhancing the overall consumer experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven leader skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of managing complex, competing objectives. In addition to recruiting and managing best-in-class Product managers, this leader will partner with strategy, analytics, design, content, PMO, engineering, and consumer marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact. A strong ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and align with broader business goals is essential.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that ensures the Fastlane Consumer value proposition is best-in-class. Collaboration with global analytics and data science teams will be key to building models that drive personalization and actionable insights. Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including product, engineering, and other business units-to develop and implement innovative solutions. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Leadership: Lead the Fastlane Consumer Product Team to be best-in-class. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with strategy, analytics, design, content, PMO, engineering, and consumer marketing teams for strategy and execution. Performance Metrics: Focus on key performance metrics including eligible users, opt-in rate, and percentage of guest checkout accelerated. Ownership: Oversee all consumer experience checkout flows, profile management, and outbound messaging.
