Am Law 200 firm seeking a qualified midlevel litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience. This role is for the Orange County office and the right attorney will be filling an important role between junior associates and partners. The ideal attorney does not need actual trial experience, but trial experience is a big plus.
The firm is high on writing skills and boast some of the finest work-product in all of California.
The firm is looking for a future partner. The right attorney will enjoy mentorship to develop their legal skills, client relations skills, and business building. Partnership is based on a holistic review starting an associate's 7th year of practice.
The office runs on a hybrid schedule with staff in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The attorney for this role will ramp up with full-time in-office before the hybrid schedule kicks in. However, the partnership ensures that there is a supervising attorney in the office every day of the week for questions and instruction.
The right attorney will have:
4+ years of commercial litigation experience
Admission to the California bar
Prior big law experience preferred
Excellent writing sample free of errors
Excellent grades from a top law school
