Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on the design and implementation of linear sanitary sewer, linear water distribution, and water/wastewater treatment infrastructure projects. This individual will work under the supervision of senior engineers and project managers.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a growing and supportive team

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Design and develop linear sanitary sewer and water distribution systems.
Design water and wastewater pumps or small treatment infrastructure.
Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including environmental, geotechnical, and survey professionals.
Perform hydraulic modelling and analysis for sewer and water distribution systems.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and monitor construction progress.
Provide technical support during construction and address any design-related issues that may arise.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in the design of linear sanitary sewer and water distribution projects.
Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices in sanitary and water systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
