PSU’s excellent benefits package includes 95% premium paid healthcare; a generous retirement and vacation package; and reduced tuition rates for employee, spouse or dependent at any of the Oregon Public Universities. |

Position Summary | Responsible for all aspects of developing/maintaining a competitive women’s tennis program in the Big Sky Conference. This includes, but is not limited to: coaching, recruiting, and counseling student-athletes; managing daily administrative duties of the program; fundraising and public relations; supervising volunteer assistants; and adhering to all rules and regulations of the university, NCAA, and Big Sky Conference. |
Minimum Qualifications | - Minimum three years collegiate coaching/elite coaching/collegiate competition or equivalent required. - Demonstrated excellence in professional/interpersonal communication skills. - Demonstrated commitment to the total welfare of women student-athletes. -Demonstrated experience working with diverse student-athletes. - Demonstrated commitment to developing a successful women’s tennis program both academically and athletically. |
